From this moment, the gastronomy manages to express themselves through photography. In time this discipline has evolved, assimilating scientific concepts and the principles of exact sciences. Culinary Photography is a type of photography which is addressed to culinary aesthetics. It is a specialization of Culinary Arts. Today, this type of photography is associated as a form of fine art. It is noted that at this moment, the culinary photography uses the concepts of cognitive psychology, non-verbal languages and principles of physics.
