Never sure what title to give these videos as they cover several topics

Been taking a lot of notes from a lot of difference materials, and suffered a lot of painful migraine related issues...made this video, now again it seems it will take hours just to upload it, using the wifi I have available... very hot up here too, in the hallway, so may not get this uploaded for some time...writing this in case it uploads this time... last videos took me several days of repeated trying
