The most compelling model for a flat earth (as virtual reality)

My own best explanation would be for a 'scrolling' flat earth, with worm holes at the 'edges' so that you instantaneously move from the far left to the far right. Why? Well the best way to teach Music theory, in terms of 'modes' and 'Interval patterns', is to adopt a 'scrolling' model ... and watching this video for the first time, the same concept seemed to fit perfectly to a 'real' or 'virtual reality' model of a flat earth. Given the context of resonance / tone / and even 'scaling' the Octaves, the 'higher selves'.
